According to the Mortgage Bankers Association's (MBA) National Delinquency Survey, the delinquency level for home loans on one to four family residential properties dropped to a seasonally modified rate of 9.47 percent of all the mortgages currently outstanding as of the end of the 4th quarter of 2009.
